1. Where do you deliver beer to and how much does it cost to send a case of beer?

Mainland UK

The standard beer delivery charge is £5.95. We can also offer a Express Delivery and this is £8.49 (If ordered before 3pm for delivery Mon - Fri). We can often still send if you've just missed the cut off. Just call us to make sure.

FREE UK Mainland DELIVERY is available for any order of 2 items or more. 

PLEASE NOTE: If you are out when DHL arrives, they will attempt to leave the parcel safe or with a neighbour. This is to avoid you having to get in touch with the depot and rearrange delivery. If you have alternative instructions, please let us know in the Delivery Instruction section of the checkout. 

ALSO: All our mixed cases are delivered in branded boxes. If this is for a surprise and you want a plain box, please let us know in the delivery instructions

Non Mainland UK & EU

Delivery to Northern Ireland, outside mainland Britain and The Highands and Islands is additional and will take a few days more. Because of the surcharge we receive, sorry but we are unable to offer Free Delivery on our Monthly Club & Pop Up Festival if it is being delivered to Northern Ireland, non mainland or Highlands.  We have sourced a specialist courier for these areas to be able to offer the most competitive rates. There is a quick price facility at the basket page of the checkout. Simply choose your product and input the postcode and country.

We can deliver to EU Countries, and the system will provide you with a quote for the most popular. If your country doesn't appear, please drop us an email with the address and what you'd like to order and we'll get back to you within a couple of hours.


2. How long will my beer take to be delivered?

We know you're probably keen to get your beer, so when ever possible we ship within 24 hours of your order being received. Please allow 2-3 days for your beer, but we do offer Next Working Day Delivery if ordered before 3pm. Our shippers do not collect from our warehouse on a Saturday or Sunday, so any orders received after 3pm on Friday, will be shipped on the following Monday.

If you have a particular date you would like the beer to arrive insert the date on the product page.

3. What type of beer shall I buy?

If you know that your recipient likes a particular style, have a look at the  Hand-Picked Collection where cases of beer are themed to include Strong Ales, Pale & Golden Ales and the popular Tall, Dark and Handsome. The Award Winners is our ultimate beer collection, containing 12 of the UK's most highly sought after brews. This collection includes a free Best of British Beer glass, specially designed for bottled beer.

Alternatively, you can always choose a gift voucher and let the recipient have fun perusing the brews!

4. Do you sell bottled ciders or lagers?

The Craft Beer scene in Britain is really moving at a pace and our brewery partners are always looking at new recipes to make exciting beers. We carry a range of unusual ales, collaboration brews and Pilsner style lagers. We also stock a range of British made ciders from some of the finest producers in the land.  If you are looking for something unusual or want some inspiration, give us a call, drop us an email and we'll tell you what we have in stock. 

5. Why can't I find my favourite beer?

We’ve maybe just not heard about it. We love getting new suggestions and sourcing new suppliers, so please drop us a line. We always have more stock than is shown online, so please give us a call if you are trying to source a particular beer. 

6. Can I add a gift note?

Yes, we're happy to include a gift card FREE with every order. Just let us know what you want it to say, there is an option to 'Add Gift Note' at the checkout. We get some great messages from our customers and we've even learned to write Happy Birthday in Russian, Polish and Welsh !

7. How much is delivery and who will deliver my beer?

Delivery is just £5.95 standard or £8.49 for Next Day Delivery.  We use DHL, and they are very reliable. If there is somewhere you want us to leave the case and it will be secure, just let us know in the 'Delivery Details' section at our checkout. 

8. Do you put a receipt in the box?

No, this is emailed to you, and not included in the box in case it is a gift.

9. How do you join the monthly beer club?

Having been members of various wine clubs in the past, we were always really disappointed if we received wine that wasn’t to our liking. So we know how important it is that you enjoy your selection. When you join the monthly club, you’re given an option to choose the style you like. This can be amended and expanded on at any point. If you buy the club membership for someone, we send a letter with the first box explaining the options to choose future beer styles. 

All our beers are taste tested by an independent panel. Any that don’t get the thumbs up...don't get to you!
